2021 MULTICULTURAL NIGHT

Multicultural Story Night – April 15

We are seeking parents to read a story from their culture in a live virtual event to be held Thursday, April 15, at 7 PM. We would like to have at least one (1) representative from each continent.  Volunteer to read a story: Multicultural Story Night Volunteer Sign-up

Multicultural Showcase Videos

We invite families and students to share something interesting about their culture or country by submitting a video using FlipGrid.  You will have up to 2 minutes to share.  A link to the videos will be shared with the BE community.  Some ideas include: songs, dance steps, cooking demonstration or showcase the recipe you submitted, how to eat a particular food, writing in your alphabet, or how to say hello in your language.  Submit your video here: Submit Multicultural Showcase Video.  Find your continent by clicking on the 3 lines below the smiley face.

  • Recipes that represent your family’s culture that your child enjoys
  • Word Document: 1 page per recipe/1-2 recipes per student
  • Please include a photo of the dish and the flag(s) of the culture(s) represented.
  • Optional: Name of family and/or student; Photo of your child with the dish
